Our Story
EBOO Filing India was built around a simple observation: many NGOs are clear about the social work they want to do but are far less certain about the documentation required to operate, apply for exemptions, receive eligible donations, participate in CSR work or interact with government systems.
A Trust, Society or Section 8 Company may encounter terms such as NGO DARPAN, 12A, 80G, CSR-1, FCRA, DSC, GST, E-Anudaan and annual reports. Each serves a different purpose. Treating them as a single generic "NGO registration" can create unnecessary confusion.
Our role is therefore broader than simply presenting a list of services. We aim to understand what the organisation is trying to achieve, what it already has, what stage it is at and which service is likely to be relevant.
For example, 12A is generally associated with income-tax exemption for an eligible NGO, whereas 80G relates to qualifying tax deductions for eligible donors. NGO DARPAN serves a different government identification role, CSR-1 relates to eligible CSR implementing entities, and FCRA operates under a separate statutory framework for foreign contributions.
This distinction matters. Better decisions begin with understanding why a registration exists before preparing the application.
EBOO Filing India therefore follows a requirement-first process: understand the organisation, explain the service, provide a structured documentation checklist and support the relevant filing workflow.
Our services are intended for NGOs across India, while our physical office presence is in Dharwad, Karnataka. Clients can contact us by phone, email or through the website consultation form.
